PM North America LCC was founded in Chicago, Illinois, in November 2003. The branch covers the North American areas, Mexico, Central America, and Latin American Caribbean Islands, both on a sales level, as well as on a technical level, with great attention given to the needs of its clients and supporting them both at time of purchase, and for the entire life cycles of the cranes sold. The Sales Director for PM North America is Mr. Stefano Ghesini, the Technical Inspector is Mr. Davide Serafini, while the spare parts department is run by Mr. Agostino Loiacono.

By the end of the year, the new PM offices in England will be operative, joining the already present Oil&Steel UK. The markets covered on a sales level by this branch, located in Northampton, near London, expand throughout Scotland, England, and Wales. This same holds true for technical assistance, which will cover the whole United Kingdom. The market seems to be in strong expansion, as confirmed by the growth of market sales. The Sales Manager is Mr. Marco Castiglione Marco, who is also Area Manager for the Entire Northern European market.

PM France has its offices in Noyal sur Vilaine, near the Rennes. The branch covers both on a sales level, as well as on a technical level, the entire French market. PM France Organization:

In the Italian establishment in San Cesario sul Panaro, PM has concentrated the stages of its production cycles with the greatest added value. These comprise the Quality Control stage, the Varnishing stage, which is carried out on each single component, ensuring perfect coverage, therefore, maximum resistance against external agents, and the Assembly stage, which is carried out along different assembly lines, in relation to the load capacity of the series. Furthermore, the production layout was recently revisited, since the production lines of the smaller series were moved from another plant. Lastly, the Testing stage, which is carried out in a complete manner (with the use of weights for load capacity tests, rotations, and extensions) on each single product exiting the assembly chain, which is not common in the sector of hydraulic cranes for trucks.

Through the Romanian plant, established at the half of 2004, PM no longer depends upon external sub-contractors, reaching a vertical production integration, in order to obtain greater control of production costs and final product quality. This plant is equipped with avant-garde technical equipment and a highly professional work force. Various mechanical working processes are carried out within this plant: Welding, Boring, and Turning. The production process mangers are Italian engineers who reside in Romania and who also manage the quality control stages with the same techniques and equipment used in Italy.
