PM and OIL&STEEL are once again ready to support and elevate ENEL with the trust in their products: PM Group S.p.A. wins a HUGE ORDER to ENEL for over 1000 Lorry loader and access platforms solutions.
On May 2008, the 29th PM Group delivered the first stage of the order for ENEL, this being the first part of there total order for over 1,000 vehicles for ENEL, the ‘NUMBER ONE’ Italian Electric Energy Company.
The order includes Supply of 401 x PM cranes In LC versions on IVECO’s, 22 Oil&Steel’s truck mounted access platforms on IVECO and 574 Oil&Steel truck mounted access platforms installed on Mercedes.
To understand the exact size of the order: When the vehicles are lined up fully equipped with the PM and oil and Steel products they will cover 7 kilometres. <<The IVECO models - declares Luigi Fucili, Managing Director of PM Group S.p.A. - equipped with the solutions of PM Group are 4WD, chosen on purpose by ENEL to guarantee the maximum mobility and to be able to utilise the cranes to there maximum capability and the aerial platforms, in every situation and place>>.
For another important project, ENEL has again chosen PM Group for equipped trucks to be used in Rumania. Following the acquisition of the majority of Distributie Banat and Distributie Dobrogea, two of the biggest Rumanian Electric Enterprises, ENEL has in fact reached an agreement with PM Group S.p.A. for the supply of 8 PM cranes and 25 Oil&Steel truck mounted access platforms
