In 1997 he was then employed by the company, Biesse S.p.A., first as marketing director of the Wood Division, then as sales director of the Wood Division. Since 2003, he has been sales director for the PM Business Unit.

Since 1987, he has been employed with the PM Group as manager of the Human Resources area.

Born in Modena on August 7^th, 1970, and has a degree in Corporate Business from the University of Modena. Since 1995, Mr. Tacconi worked as Export Area Manager for the company ItaltractorITM Spa and since 2000, he has moved to Chicago, USA, in order to hold the position of Aftermarket  Director for Intertractor America Corp. In 2003, he became Vice President and founder of PM North America, Rolloing Meadows, USA, the north american branch for PM and Oil&Steel.
